DAL Dimensions was founded in March 2001 and reestablished in April 2007. DAL Dimensions is a consulting firm focused on program design and implementation, with a strong background in solid waste management solutions and diversion program development. The firm provides support to private and public entities in the areas of program implementation and administration, diversion and disposal planning, education and training, and workflow and system design. DAL Dimensions provides project management for organizing and writing proposals responding to solid waste and recycling request for proposals (RFPs) and for permitting and development of material recovery facilities (MRF) and transfer stations. DAL Dimensions conducts analysis on specific diversion topics, and develops long range planning tools for maintaining solid waste and recycling contracts. The firm develops systems to enhance process flow and tracking mechanisms, including account maintenance, cost and time monitoring, and work order processing. The firm also researches, prepares and writes grant proposals.

David A. Langer is the President and founder of the firm. Mr. Langer has over fifteen years of practical experience in solid waste and recycling management. He has worked for recycling and waste collection companies, and public agencies, and various environmental consulting firms
